This Privacy Policy FMKlies only to the collection and processing of personal information carried out by the Company for the provision of services through the FMK, allowing those services to be provided expeditiously and without inconvenience to the users, that is, those who after download and install it, proceed with the registration and use of the FMK, independently if such use is in a regular or occasional way, accordingly with the FMK’s Terms and Conditions.

The Company only collects your personal information strictly necessary to perform the desired functionalities of the FMK, in compliance with the legislation and privacy best practices.

PURPOSE

The collected personal information is an essential tool for the FMK users’ satisfaction. The Company uses such personal information in an appropriate and expected way for the provision of its FMK services, namely, for the following purposes:

(a)    deliver and improve our products and services, and manage our business;

(b)   manage your account and provide you with customer support;

(c)    perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in, our or others’ products, services, or content;

(d)   communicate with you by email or mobile devices about products or services that may be of interest to you from us;

(e)    develop, display, and track content and advertising tailored to your interests on our Service and other sites, including providing our advertisements to you when you visit other sites;

(f)     website or mobile application analytics;

DATA COLLECTED

For the provision of services and in order to register as a user with FMK, you will be asked to sign in using your Facebook login.

If you do so, you authorize us to access certain Facebook account information, such as your public Facebook profile (consistent with your privacy settings in Facebook), your email address, interests, likes, gender, birthday, education history, relationship interests, current city, photos, personal description, friend list, and information about and photos of your Facebook friends who might be common Facebook friends with other FMK users.

You will also be asked to allow FMK to collect your location information from your device when you download or use the Service.

You may also provide us photos, a personal description and information about your gender and preferences for recommendations, such as search distance, age range and gender.

If you chat with other FMK users, you provide us the content of your chats, and if you contact us with a customer service or other inquiry, you provide us with the content of that communication.

When using the service, the FMK can automatically register in its servers some general data, such as device ID and type, your browser type and language, the operating system used by your device, access times, your mobile device’s geographic location while our application is actively running, and the referring website address.

HOW DATA IS COLLECTED

The personal information will be collected through your Facebook profile and throughout your FMK's usage, after you acknowledge the collection and consents to its processing, which is made according to the legislation.

We advise you to read Facebook's Privacy Policies to understand how your personal information is shared by that Company.

The collected personal information is stored on secure servers. The personal information collected will not be used, in any situation, for any purpose other than that for which consent was previously obtained.

CHILDREN AND MINORS

Notwithstanding the Terms and Conditions, you are only allowed to use the FMK if you have are of legal age according to your personal law, condition to the given consent be considered lawful.

In case of you being a children or a minor, that is, you are below 18 years old, or less, according to your personal law, the Company will only collect and process your personal information after your holder of parental responsibility gives his previous consent or has expressly authorised.

If we learn or receive any notice that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child or a minor, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from a child or a minor, please reach us throughout our contact details.

In case you have given such consent in breach of the FMK Terms and Conditions, you will be fully liable before the Company for any damage or loss arising out of or related to such breach.

PIXEL TAGS.

If you're using our app, we use mobile device IDs (the unique identifier assigned to a device by the manufacturer), or Advertising IDs (for iOS 6 and later), instead of cookies, to recognize you. We do this to store your preferences and track your use of our app.

Unlike cookies, device IDs cannot be deleted, but Advertising IDs can be reset in “Settings” on your iPhone.

Ad companies also use device IDs or Advertising IDs to track your use of the app, track the number of ads displayed, measure ad performance and display ads that are more relevant to you. Analytics companies use device IDs to track information about app usage.

USERS AND SECURITY

The Company takes the security of its users’ personal information very seriously, and does its best to safeguard it. STORAGE PERIOD

Personal data will be stored and kept only for the lifespan of each user’s account, and up to five (five) years after its termination, either by cancellation, suspension or lack of use of the FMK, as referred in the Terms and Conditions. This period is deemed to be sufficient for the purposes for which the personal information was collected. After this period, any personal information collected will be eliminated.

RECTIFICATION
If you are unable to update your personal information that way, you should contact the Company through the proper contact form requesting this rectification of which they will be notified by email as soon as it occurs.

RIGHT OF ACCESS

Data protection legislation grants you the right to access your personal information at any time, as well as the right to oppose the use of the provided personal information. To this purpose, you should submit a written request through the proper contact form.

ELIMINATION

You may eliminate your personal information at any time through the termination of your account. However some of the personal information may be stored for a longer period of time, as detailed above.

(b)   The Company may also transmit data to third parties regarding investigations, judicial enquiries and legal and/or administrative procedures, when ordered to do so by a court of law; and,

(c)    The Company also may share anonymized aggregated information with third parties, including advisors, advertisers and investors, for the purpose of conducting general business analysis or other business purposes.

In the event of the Company is acquired by other company, if such company has access to personal information, such access will occur in the scope of an intragroup relationship accordingly with the terms set forth by the applicable legislation and it shall not be considered as a disclosure to third parties.
